These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Shade Tree Mechanics mobile application and website. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Shade Tree Mechanics, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Subscription Services
Shade Tree Mechanics offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
Available subscriptions may include monthly and annual plans that provide access to premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods except where required by law or Apple's policies.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the app.
• Use the app for unlawful activities.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials within Shade Tree Mechanics remain the property of Shade Tree Mechanics unless otherwise stated.
5. Disclaimer
Vehicle diagnostics and maintenance recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not replace professional mechanical inspection or repair. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified mechanic when appropriate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shade Tree Mechanics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of the app.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
